These five-course dinners in our izakaya are unique one-of-a-kind experiences, meticulously curated by our chefs and amazing kitchen team with the freshest and most delicious ingredients. Each omakase centers around 5 dishes that celebrate the occasion, along with optional drink pairing menus.

Our ramen shop will not take reservations on these specialty omakase evenings, and tables will be first come, first serve. For omakase reservations, we require a $20/person deposit, this deposit will be credited on your bill at the omakase.

OKINAWA OMAKASE

$65 five course dinner + $35 optional beverage pairings or $25 non-alcoholic pairings

For October’s omakase, we’re looking to Okinawa, Japan’s southernmost prefecture and a region with a food culture shaped by its islands, surrounding seas, and centuries of Ryukyuan history. 

Expect our take on some distinctly Okinawan ingredients and flavors, including seafood, sea grapes, Okinawan soba, pork, and purple sweet potato—all worked into a five-course dinner by the Dashi kitchen 🩵

In order to make your party's reservation, please MAKE A RESERVATION USING THE BUTTON ABOVE. Please note:

  • Once you have made a reservation through Wisely, you should receive a confirmation email. If you do not receive that email within 24 hours please contact us.

  • Cancellations in less than 48 hours of the event incurs a $30 charge per guest.

  • There is a $30 per person deposit that must be paid when making the reservation. This deposit will be credited on your final bill the night of the omakase.

  • For our special monthly omakase events, we prepare a vegetarian menu in addition to the original menu. Other dietary restrictions are not accommodated for these special omakase events. We are not able to accommodate day-of substitutions. Please note how many guests in your party will require a vegetarian meal when making your reservation.

  • Reservations guarantee you a seat, not a table. The izakaya experience is centered around our exquisite bar. Omakase reservations may be seated at the bar, bar stools, or tables.

  • Optional drink pairings will be available the night of the omakase. We will have non-alcoholic and alcoholic drink pairings available.

ABOUT THE OMAKASE DINING EXPERIENCE

In an izakaya, (Japanese pub), ordering omakase entrusts your order to the chef - it is essentially a chef’s tasting menu.  Our chefs will send out the freshest and most delicious dishes of the day. Dining omakase is a way for Dashi to showcase our finest ingredients and techniques!

This dinner is hosted in our upstairs izakaya and is offered by reservation only.

  • We usually prepare a vegetarian menu in addition to the standard menu, unless otherwise noted on our reservation page. Menus with other dietary restrictions may not be available. All dietary restrictions should be noted when booking a reservation, as we are not able to accommodate day-of substitutions. Please note how many guests in your party will require a vegetarian meal. Guests with specific allergies may not be able to eat all courses.   • You are welcome to order anything on our beverage menu!
